未来的广阳岛智创生态城，融合了山水生境描绘了理想人居，拓展了智慧产业，将成为未来世界看重庆的第一视角。
广阳岛原有的劳作生息方式延续了千百年，如何回归500年前的生态、自然与生活的回归，如何创造50年后的生活。
LAB通过对生态本底、人文本底、产业现状和上位规划的综合平衡、提出三大核心策略: 山水有情，自然杠杆，智慧折叠。
