南大科学园位于南京仙林大学城。项目“山”与“水”的设计理念源自于基地周边独特的自然地形，并有机地将建筑业景观花园串联起来，布置在基地内。寓意为“山”的塔楼沿着基地边界布置，流线型的裙房如“水”般在基地的中央位置蜿蜒展开。
一条主要道路将科学园里的独立建筑连接起来，各种功能性花园沿着道路布置，为园区提供了幼稚的城市基础设施和公共社交空间。
闪烁的玻璃立面映衬着基地周边的自然山脉，得天独厚的自然景色与建筑群完美融合。同时可开启的窗口竖框为建筑带来了自然通风，有效节约能源。

The Science Park of Nanjing University is located in the Xianlin University Village of Nanjing, China.
The design concept of the project “mountain” and “water” originates from the unique natural terrain around the base, and organically connects the construction industry landscape gardens and arranges them in the base.
The tower meaning “mountain” is arranged along the border of the base, and the streamlined podium winds like a “water” in the center of the base.
A principal road connects the individual buildings of the Science park, with business gardens of various functions allocated along the streets delivering high quality urban infrastructure and public amenity.
The shimmering glass facade reflects the natural mountains around the base, and the unique natural scenery is perfectly integrated with the architectural complex, whilst openings between window mullions provide natural cross-ventilation for energy efficiency.
